My experience in bankruptcy enables me to effectively represent clients in other matters.
While other attorneys are entering the bankruptcy field for the first time, I continue to deepen my commitment to this core practice. In addition, I use my bankruptcy foundation to apply my experience to relevant areas of other law. Recently I represented a client in California Superior Court in a litigation matter, which went on to the Court of Appeal. I succeeded in striking the lawsuit against my client the defendant, and won again at the appellate court. The trial judge explicitly commented from the bench on the quality of my legal documents – which I credited to years of practice before demanding federal bankruptcy court judges.
